Product Introduction
Steel wires are spirally wound around multiple spindles to form a wire mesh, creating dozens to hundreds of wire saws on the workpiece cutting surface. After powering on the equipment, the tension is set first, then pre-tensioned to return the tension lever to the equilibrium position. After starting, the feed shaft first moves forward by a cutting width. Once in place, the wire feeding starts reciprocating at the set speed, driving the diamond wire to cut the workpiece. Simultaneously, the wire feeding and receiving shafts perform wire feeding actions according to the set wire spacing, and the left and right swing shafts swing downwards to achieve top-down cutting.

Reduces the number of guide wheels between the wire feeding and winding and rollers, saving consumables;
Equipped with a power-off uninterrupted wire system, which can effectively avoid the generation of defective products due to power failure and improve the yield rate;
Energy recovery unit, reducing energy consumption and saving costs.
